
Cecilia De Nisco is a contemporary Italian artist, born in Parma, Italy in 1997, who currently lives and works in Vienna, Austria. She graduated from the University of Urbino in Italy with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts and a Master's Degree in Visual Arts. Her artistic practice focuses on painting, exploring themes such as memory, identity, and the relationship between the individual and society by blurring the boundaries between reality and fiction. Often inspired by intimate memories or dreams, her works employ techniques such as multi-layered color field overlays, granular and pixelated textures to create mysterious and visually compelling effects, prompting viewers to reflect on the connection between themselves and the world amid uncertainty.
